to honor the lives & ministry of kenneth and wanda phillips
this evening they celebrate
50 years in ministry
50 years of marriage
40 years of pastoral ministry in austin
the have impacted millions
we were blessed to be a part of their lives for 13 years
9 of those were spent in austin with them
we are truly better people because of this honor…
we regret that we are unable to attend the festivities tonight
but time and space were not willing to bend for us…
we sent the following letter to be read:
Brother and Sister Phillips,
We long so much to be there with you – sharing this celebration of your dedication. We are forever indebted to you for your investment in our lives. You taught us so much during our time with you. Tonight, one lesson stands out from the rest. You would often say that anything could be set up with the right words. So in our absence, here are some words. Hope they set this up right…
